The core team gets support from advisors who further strengthen the company through their area of expertise ranging from dental experts like Dr Majo Ambooken, and Dr Jacob Kuruvilla opening up the immense possibilities of cardamom products in dental practice along with Dr Kishore Bhat, a specialized Dental Microbiologist, and an advisory team of management experts, Basab Majumdar and Ramesh Krishnan bringing in the strategy of execution and expansion both in India and globally for the products developed under the brand Elakayre.
Our product regulatory affairs team is guided by Pradeep Shivakumar, an industry expert who also offers his expertise with the development of nano-formulations that are being worked on by Dr Ankush Chauhan. On the field, our team hits the markets with Ningappa, who champions our Sales and marketing. The backbone of all this is an ever-vigilant back-office team with our accounts, digital marketing, e-commerce and logistics all being managed from Thrissur in Kerala. Furthering product research in cardamom our research team coordinates with multiple teams and their members at various partner institutes for clinical trials to consolidate evidence to bring light to the concept of “dentaceuticals” where we believe that by treating the oral cavity and specifically the disease entity of Periodontitis which affects millions of people around the world, we will come out successful in getting control of the progression of other systemic illness.
